With over 12 years of experience in the Goddard Franchise, Jillie is the proud, new owner of The Goddard School of Moorestown, a nurturing, play-based learning environment designed to support the whole child. Her passion for early childhood education began as a Goddard School teacher right out of college, and has since grown into a lifelong commitment to creating spaces where young children can thrive! Jillie's mission is to create a program that's known for its caring, qualified staff, engaging curriculum, and strong partnerships with families! She believes that it takes a village to raise a child, and she's thrilled to be a part of the Moorestown Goddard Family!
Jon and his wife Donna have five daughters ranging from 15 - 26 years old (yes, 5! And YES, all daughters!) and live in Swedesboro. Prior to becoming a Goddard School franchisee, Jon spent a lifetime owning a “mom and pop” construction company building homes all over South Jersey. He finally “hung up his apron” in 2019 to be present at the school full-time.
Ms. Gabby is our Director of Education who you will see in the front office as well as spending time inside our classrooms supporting our teachers with curriculum, lesson plans and classroom management. Gabby received her Elementary Teaching Cert through Rowan University and was a second-grade teacher for three years as well as a Kindergarten teacher for two years until she transitioned to a director roll here at our school in summer of 2024. Ms. Gabby believes that children learn best when they are in a supportive and positive environment!
Ms. Sara is our Director of Operations and has been a part of the Goddard family since 2014 where she had hands-on experience in the Toddler, Get Set, Preschool, and Kindergarten classrooms as a lead teacher. After many years teaching in a classroom, she transitioned to a director roll in 2021. She has her associate’s degree in early childhood studies as well as her director’s credentials and certifications. While coordinating daily school operations, she ensures that our school exceeds all Health & Safety protocols along with State Licensing requirements. Ms. Sara is a parent herself and understands firsthand how we want the absolute best for our children and is devoted to providing all families with an exceptional childcare program that is both nurturing and educational!
Ms. Avi has been a part of The Goddard School family since 2015 and loves being in a classroom! She puts a lot of effort into coming up with creative and enjoyable activities for her students to participate and learn from each day! Ms. Avi believes that children should learn in a warm and friendly environment where they always feel accepted, loved, and protected. Ms. Avi was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!
Ms. Erica has a Bachelor’s degree in Painting and Drawing as well as her Master’s degree in Art Education from the University of the Arts. Ms. Erica has taught at The Goddard School since 2017 and believes that a teacher should make learning fun and always provides a safe environment for all children. She also understands that every child is different and learns in their own way!
Ms. Jess has worked in early childhood education for many years and is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to our toddler classroom. She believes all children have something special to bring to the classroom dynamic and enjoys watching the impact that learning, playing, and teaching have on the children in her class.
Ms. Kerry ran a in home daycare for 5+ years and loved watching her students grow through fun experiences. She believes the early years of a child’s learning experience is crucial and goes above and beyond to create the best experience for the students and families in her classroom. Ms. Kerry was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!
Ms. Milly is a teacher in our toddler classroom and has been working in Early Childhood Education for many years! She enjoys playing a vital role in the growth and enrichment of her students. Ms. Milly loves making the children laugh and truly enjoys being in a classroom environment each day! Ms. Milly was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!
Ms. Sam has worked in The Early Childhood field for many years and received her CDA in 2023! She believes all children learn through a nurturing and caring environment and feels that her classroom provides self-expression and meeting of all milestones. Ms. Sam was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!
Ms. Carol has been a loving and devoted caretaker for over 20 years. She feels that children should experience new adventures each day through learning. Ms. Carol's philosophy of education is to assist each child in developing their individual strengths, interests and skills while creating a safe and loving environment for them to grow. Ms. Caylan has been working with toddlers for over two years and has fallen in love with them. She believes being attentive and caring in the classroom is what helps students grow and learn. Her previous experience working with the elderly and animals has given her many skills to work with our young learners. Ms. Caylan was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!
Ms. Emma has a natural love for all the children and enjoys forming strong relationships with her families. She provides a fun and nurturing learning experience in the classroom each day which provides the tools needed for each child’s growth and success during their time in the classroom.
Ms. Bella has worked in early childhood education for 4 plus years and completed her CDA in 2024. She is compassionate and loving with all the children in her classroom and loves creating special bonds with all her students and their families. Ms. Bella enjoys doing art with the kids and watching them discover new things each day! Ms. Bella was nominated for the "2025 Teacher of the Year" award by our Goddard families!

Ms. Marie believes it's important to always take the time to learn her students interests and personalities so they can better express themselves and have the confidence to be individuals in their learning. She is always eager to try new things and looks forward to working in her classroom each day.
Ms. Mariel loves building relationships with her students and their families each day. Her daily goal is to support each child's individual growth and development through engaging activities and attentive care.
Ms. Marissa works with our older toddlers and enjoys watching the impact and growth that learning, playing, and teaching have on the children in her class. She comes to work each day with a smile and positive attitude ready for any challenges that may come her way!
